History of the Organization

The Tulshan family entered real estate 30 years ago through Sanjay Tulshan, who started from a humble background and built a respected local legacy through hard work and honest delivery. In 2024, his children—Vidit and Sanika—launched SANVID Constructions to carry that legacy forward. SANVID focuses on turnkey civil construction (with select finishing), not interiors. Core lessons that guide us: flawless execution, zero-compromise quality, disciplined management, tight budgets, full transparency, and a trusted family name.
